Hijiri departs while Anzu walks home with Junta and Tsukasa. Anzu ponders all the fun she’s had with these two and eventually runs into Saki, who’s shocked to see Junta and Tsukasa with Anzu. I Ran HBO’s latest comedic drama returns this week with another drip-feed of information and solidifying Ruby as a pretty unlikable protagonist. While the chemistry between her and Billy is certainly enough to keep this one ticking along, and they do share some good lines together, it’s difficult to get behind two characters who leave destruction in their wake in favour of an affair. Episode 3 of Run begins 12 years ago with Ruby preparing for her wedding day and sending the familiar text “run” to Billy....

Godflame Post-apocalyptic shows have been a mainstay in media for as long as I can remember. From zombies and viral outbreaks through to alien invasions and natural disasters, there appears no end to the imaginative ways we depict the human race ending. On paper, Apple+’s new venture into this well-trodden field is littered with problems from the get-go. In practice though, See does well to set up a story worth telling but with a lack of background and world-building, struggles to immerse you as much as it should....

He tells Tae-Sul he’ll be home soon and hangs up. Tae-Sul comments how he’s screwed and checks the computer....
