Faithless The past 5 episodes of The Chosen One have twisted and turned through the narrative, dabbling in ideas around faith VS science but never quite diving into the gritty details as much as it perhaps should have. With the finale, we do receive some answers to the big questions hanging over the series but in true Netflix fashion, the door is left open for a second season to follow. We begin with Angelina relinquishing her grip on Lúcia’s neck and setting her free....

The Penultimate Push With next week’s finale growing ever closer, the penultimate episode to The Crowned Clown boils up tensions between the rebels and palace guards before spilling over into a dramatic ending, closing out the episode with one final cliffhanger. Chapter Five Episode 5 of The Devil Punisher begins at the site of Chung’s disappointment, catching Professor Lu Po-Ya hugging Hsin-Yu. Back in her room, Hsin-Yu awaits a text from Chung but is disappointed to only receive one from Professor Lu. Only, she suddenly starts sputtering and vomiting in the toilet which hints at a deeper medical condition that she’s suffering from. After ignoring a call from Balmont, a beaten Zivko arrives at the club and demands Elliot have the money for him by midnight....

Wheres My Money? Episode 7 of The Eddy begins with Katarina practicing her drumming back home while faced with her bed-bound Father. His medical bills aren’t cheap and she’s clearly struggling to pay. Even worse, she’s punished for turning up late to work given she had to attend a hospital appointment and the consequence of this comes in the form of docked hours. Although the situation with Balmont was volatile last time out, he returns just in time as the band prepare to record their album with Franck Levy....

After the success of Disney’s first live action film Cinderella, the studio returns for its second crack at remaking its classics with The Jungle Book. With a darker emphasis this time around, the re-imagined tale is a visually impressive, intelligently written film that surpasses the cartoon in many ways. With a great performance from Mogley (Neel Sethi) to back it up, The Jungle Book is a visual marvel. The story stays pretty close to the original cartoon and follows man-cub Mowgli who’s raised by wolves but finds he’s no longer welcome when fearsome tiger Shere Khan (Idris Elba) declares him a threat to the animals he controls....

What’s More American Than This? The Kardashians Season 2 Episode 7 starts with Khloe celebrating True’s fourth birthday party. All the sisters except Kourtney and Kim are in pastel clothes in line with the theme. The two sisters throw a fit about not knowing the theme of the party while Khloe mocks them saying that it was written on the invite. Khloe tells her guests how Tristan gifted True a diamond necklace and tells the producers that he was absent from the celebration because he had a game on that day....
