The Fakeer Following on from the first episode, Typewriter returns for episode 2, one that manages to settle into a more consistent rhythm and start to find its groove. The episode itself begins with Anya noticing the words on the typewriter and immediately suspecting her brother is to blame. While everyone heads to work and school, the new maid Maria arrives to do her daily chores. She speaks to Jenny who is typing on the typewriter and as she heads upstairs to have shower, another Jenny walks through the front door scaring the maid away....

The Plot Thickens Undercover returns with its second episode, beginning with Ferry and John driving in an empty ditch to burn a trailer before leaving soon after. The police that were watching and following them try to find evidence in the burnt trailer, puzzled over quite why they burnt it in the first place. They don’t have to wait for long though, and from afar, John takes pictures of all the policemen on the scene to give to Walter, determined to find out who they are....

Trojan Horse Power Episode 4 of Undercover Season 2 begins with Bob taking Nathalie out to a secluded area and revealing that he’s a cop. He wants her help in arresting JP and bringing these brothers to justice. Using Jackson as leverage, they show her pictures of the brothers doing business with different African men and how they’ve been supplying guns to different countries while lining their pockets with cash. Bob finally shows her the picture of Kim and how she was murdered because of getting too close to the truth....

Roadblock Episode 8 of Undercover Season 2 begins with Bob called away by Nick who shows him the audio footage he’s been sent. He warns that someone is watching them and brings up the fact Ferry’s trial is 3 days away. He knows the timing of this can’t be a coincidence. Sensing his colleague is hiding something, Nick tells Bob he can open up and talk. He even brings up the reason why Kim retired from the undercover operation in the first place....

Lost Boys VS Stranger Things Vampires vs. the Bronx feels more like The Lost Boys VS Stranger Things. Combining elements from both, this horror/comedy mash-up falls straight into the realm of mediocrity. There’s certainly some positives to be had here though, namely from the humour and good-natured fun of the title, but it’s also incredibly basic and doesn’t do anything we haven’t seen before in this medium. Subtle Drama with Beautiful Moments This isn’t a happy tale. But there are some beautiful moments, typically reflected in the full-length windows of the Seoul office building that sets the stage. Even though there’s a lot of unpleasantness in the action, there’s hopefulness too. And a subtle message about holding that which is worth grasping. Starring a few familiar faces, Chun Woo-Hee leads as Seo-Young, who you may recognize from Netflix series Argon....

That’s probably just as well because up in London, Aethelred’s loyal guards, the Sten, are poisoned, with orders against them and other Vikings or immediate extermination. Fires rage up and down the coast as men and women are slaughtered and houses and villages destroyed....

With all of her things in the truck, she walks round the house one more time, stopping momentarily to hug Jin goodbye....

Grief Episode 7 of When I was Most Beautiful begins with Hwan messaging Ye-Ji and trying to get through to her. After some time, he thinks it over and remembers what Jin told him about Jeju Island. This is what brought him along to the church where he eventually found Ye-Ji outside. It turns out she’s not in the US after all and actually on Jeju Island. She and Jin chose this spot for their honeymoon as it’s the only place neither of them have been....

Lost In The Mountains If you’ve made it this far into When The Weather Is Fine then you know what to expect. The series itself has settled into a comfortably slow rhythm and as a relaxing Korean drama to kick back and chill to, this one is certainly up there. Having said that, the lack of action, tension or large amounts of drama may put some people off, especially given the teasing glimpses of this being injected into the series before things dissipate out and return to the slow pace we’ve come to expect....

Critics have praised the movie for its back-to-basics approach and excellent all-around direction from Dan Trachtenburg (10 Cloverfield Lane) so it’s little surprise that many people are now hoping for a sequel....
