STAAAARS! Resident Evil 3 is a game I want to love but have a hard time doing so. Back when it originally released in 1999, Resident Evil was one of my first forays into the world of survival horror and remains a firm favourite in the genre alongside Dino Crisis and Dead Space. Resident Evil 3 always had a more action-driven slant compared to Resi 2 but it managed to balance the maniacal, nightmare fuel of the Nemesis with an interesting continuation of survival in Raccoon City, encountering numerous people inhabiting the streets desperate to escape along the way....

“Welcome To My World” Picking up where it left off, Rugal returns for an exciting episode, one that sees a lot more back-story given for Tae-Woong while allowing the rivalry between Argos and Rugal to continue developing over time. With a better pacing this episode and lots to digest, Rugal bows out its weekend run with a big cliffhanger and plenty of unanswered questions. Episode 6 of Rugal begins with Deuk-Ga giving Ki-Beom the address and leaving, just as Min-Jung brandishes a knife and starts fighting....

Os Filhos The opening scene of Santo episode 4 starts with a flashback from two years ago; Agent Millán is looking for a suspect on a train. He spots him leaving the train and chases him through the station, and his partner helps him take down the suspect. As they arrest the guy, he manages to grab his partner’s gun and kills him. The suspect was about to shoot Agent Millán but someone saves him by killing the suspect first....

SEAL Team Season 6 Episode 8 Season 5 ended with Bravo Team off in Venezuela stopping a rogue nuclear program. However, after escaping the country the team received some blow back, culminating in the team ambushed. Season 6 picks up where we left off, with Bravo Team continuing their Mali mission. With the addition of Barosumian as a regular this year, expect the team to head off on missions to the Middle East and beyond....

Secret Royal Inspector & Joy Episode 10 After a bit of a rough start, Secret Royal Inspector & Joy has really come into its own over the weeks. At the front of this is the ever-talented workhorse TaecYeon, who plays Ra Yi-Eon. He has big dreams of buying a dumpling restaurant. However, he instead begins working at the Office of Special Advisors, eventually becoming a royal secret agent, tasked with secret missions....

Brothers and Sisters Episode 1 of See Season 2 begins with Baba Voss out in the woods, showing off his skills and taking out a small scouting group. This happens to be a training session for Tamacti, who’s encouraged to “feel” his kill. Meanwhile, a captured Haniwa finds herself at the mercy of her captors. Lieutenant Wren is the one tasked with watching over Haniwa, while we finally get a glimpse of who the one in charge is....

Only, this opens the door for a mysterious woman called Leanne to enter their lives, and change everything. If you’ve been following this one over the weeks, you may be curious to find out when the next episode is releasing....

Lawyer Do Soo-hyuk hears Tae-sung talking about Yoon-woo fondly as he describes the deceased actor as a breath of fresh air into his dull life. Tae-sung states that Yoon-woo often hid the issues in his personal life claiming that the two bonded over their messed-up family lives. Tae-sung hands the red envelope to Lawyer Do and states that he started getting the letters when he was in Africa. The actor states that the letters were from Yoon-woo’s former manager Ki-nong....

Golden Wrapped Heroin Episode 4 of Skylines picks up where we left off from before, and after a shady encounter in a hotel room we cut back to Skylines where the bulk of our drama takes place. Meanwhile a new kid starting out with Aziz, Omid, is shown around while Jinn continues to run into problems working with Zilan. However, as they head out together, she begins singing in the car and it gives him some inspiration....

An Abrupt End The Season 1 finale of Skylines leaves a lot of plot threads unresolved by the end. While the drama itself is fine and the characterisation continues right through to the final minutes, there’s also an underwhelming feel to the way this one wraps up. We begin with Sara heading downstairs and brandishing a gun, making her way past two guards as she comes face to face with Ardan....

The Escape Episode 3 of Snowdrop begins as the matron searches high and low through the empty cabin. We cut to Yeong-ro and Soo-ho balancing on a narrow ledge on the face of the building. Bun-ok sneaks into the cabin and signals Gyeong-ja, pointing to an open window. Gyeong-ja alerts the matron, who pokes her head outside. Yeong-ro and Soo-ho remain out of sight on the adjacent wall. Yeong-ro slips and almost plummets....

The First Blow Episode 3 of Snowpiercer Season 3 starts with Wilford blasting through debris left behind on the tracks. It’s obviously designed to slow down Big Alice but for Wilford, nothing is going to stop them. So what’s Layton’s plan? Well, Wilford believes they’re going to “peck them” from the side. So naturally, he brings in Zarah to take a look as his dastardly plan is unveiled. Josie intends to jump over and breach Big Alice....

Ouroboros Episode 7 of Snowpiercer season 3 starts with Layton on the train. Only…not really. Everything is one big dream, with him hallucinating and seeing everyone onboard Snowpiercer in different gear. According to dream-Till, he’s dying. She’s a sort of spirit-guide for Layton as she tasks him with navigating down to the end of the train to see the Tail Boss, who can help him return to the real world. Just before he leaves, Till cuts his arm as a reminder in case he gets lost in the depths of the train....

Jenny Episode 5 of Solos begins with a woman called Jenny sitting in a waiting room, sporting angel wings and a wand. She was at a birthday party the previous day, hence the outfit. Looking ahead at the future, Jenny mentions how she and her husband Lazlo have been trying for a baby. They’ve been together for 7 and a half years and it turns out he’s an AI counselor. According to Jenny, she’s a closed book but she talks pretty openly about her fears and worries....

Come to Mamma Episode 4 of Spectros begins with Mila and Carla discussing the headaches she’s been experiencing. Pardal asks what happened to her but given the severity of her situation, she now understands why Mila’s Father drinks. It turns out Pardal’s friend hasn’t actually ratted them out – she provided a distraction by leading the police into the apartment next door. It’s enough time for the trio to escape out the building and go back on the run again....
