Not 2 Fast, Certainly Not 2 Furious There’s a reason so many Fast and Furious sequels have been green-lit. That cocktail of caricature action stars, big set pieces and high octane action involving cars makes for quite the summer blockbuster. Unfortunately, Lost Bullet is not a summer blockbuster. Nor is it really that original. Instead of trying to reinvent the wheel, French thriller Lost Bullet takes some of the concepts that make that aforementioned franchise so successful and injects it into a plot that never quite breaks free from the mediocrity it revels in for much of its 90 minute run-time....

The book, as you may have guessed, is a best-seller. It is actually very well written, based on some extracts I read from it after having watched the film. One thing that instantly overwhelms you when you first see ‘Love & Gelato’ is the setting. It is set at the heart of all glorious cinematic heartbreaks – Rome. The city is a promising mix of modern luxuries and monuments from the past that tell its story....

Ghost Cake! Episode 13 of Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) Season 2 begins with Pi-Young at the golf course with Dong-Mi. Together, they run into Seo-Ban and his brother. It’s a flying visit in truth, one that eventually sees Pi-Young admit outright that she’s divorced now. Next up, they run into Moon-Ho whom Dong-Mi believes will come running to her. However, he intentionally blanks the woman. In fact, he’s outright cold toward her as a way of showing Ye-Jung that he’s really changed....

Cho Sang-Eun is good at her job but she ends up getting involved with Jung Ji-Ho and Kang Hae-Jin, juggling her time between the two guys on different days of the week....

Weird and Wonderful, This Film is Both Otherworldly and Everyman I have no idea what’s happening. Really. Me and Me starts out weird and just gets weirder and weirder. The Alliance Episode 11 of Mine begins with Mother Emma in the future, finding Ji-Yong dead and revealing a big secret. Someone was standing atop the stairs. Who could it be? We then cut back 15 days before the murder. Hi-Soo leaves court after dropping the bombshell divorce reveal to Ji-Yong. This all came off the back of Hye-Jin trying to patch things up with Hi-Soo but understandably meeting fierce resistance....

First Date Woes Episode 5 of Modern Love begins at home, with Rob and Yasmine sharing drinks as they awkwardly dance around a moment involving a mattress falling over. Eventually Rob makes a move and despite the situation remaining awkward, Yasmine strips down and excuses herself and heads to the bathroom. A complete and utter mess of a film Morbius is a really bad film. It’s a cobbled together, shoddily edited, poorly plotted mess that will have you cringing, rolling your eyes and pointing out all the films Morbius has shamelessly copied along the way. There are bits of 2003’s Daredevil, The Incredible Hulk, X-Men 2 and even Joker in here, but none of those influences are coherently spliced together into anything other than a patchworked mess held together with loose bits of cellotape....
