Franchising Itaewon Class returns this week and if anyone thought the show would slow down and fall into the usual slump some dramas do around this stage of the season – think again. From heartbreak and back-stabbings through to euphoric highs and devastating lows, Itaewon Class continues to run full-steam ahead as this week’s episode delivers another really good episode. Episode 11 of Itaewon Class begins with DanBam being selected to be showcased on Best Pubs again and as Sae-Ro-Yi prepares for the visit, Geun-Soo decides to quit while he’s head....

DanBam’s Transformation Itaewon Class returns this week for another solid episode, one that tackles the subject of transgender but also does so with enough class and grace to make it one of the better moments in the entire episode. Seeing DanBam’s transformation over the hour is a great touch too while witnessing the Chairman begin to exhibit a few concerned glances its way is testament to the work the team have put into turning this business around from the brink of extinction....

Kovac, Greer, and Mike prepare to meet with Surikov. Popov’s erstwhile bodyguard takes them through the tunnels where Greer separates to meet on the other end. Surikov learns about Petrov’s betrayal and is understandably furious. He orders Petrov to call The Fearless back. Antonov and Luka meet but the latter is arrested. They meet in his cell. Antonov has never been able to forget that day in Matoska. They both accuse each other of being traitors....

This montage details Pucci’s desire to recover Dio’s bone and Emporio going over Jolyne’s plans with F.F. Meanwhile, Jolyne has defeated Westwood and his Stand Planet Waves. While on the ground, Jolyne assesses her situation and wants to find the prisoner who was playing with Dio’s Bone. She points out the numerous corpses around her....

However, Grace believes they should invite contract killer Raikou into the crew, especially as she happens to be a psychic. It inevitably falls to Walter to find her. Why? Well, Raikou happens to be Walt’s daughter! There’s no love lost between them though and he’s forced to cough up a fee of 1 million a day (plus expenses) to draft her in to help....

Seo-Jin awakens bloodstained and heartbroken as he realizes his entire world is coming crashing down. At the start of September, Hyun-Chae runs into an old classmate who reveals she dropped out of class. That’s obviously news to him though, as Seo-Jin didn’t know. When he stumbles home drunk later that evening, he asks her outright about her Father and business....

The series follows the competition between these three ladies as they each seek to gain success and fame in the industry. Ko Mi-Lan (Lee Hye-Young) works as the vice-president of the UNI Home Shopping. She is very respected as she has managed to work her way up to an executive position....

Wide Awake Killing Eve Season 2 has been good. Really good. It’s tightly woven plot line has been a big improvement over the first and the growing bond between Villanelle and Eve has been fascinating to watch, driven by excellent performances from actresses. We begin with Villanelle sitting down having lunch with Aaron. He asks her why she befriended Amber, quizzing her over quite what her game is. She nonchalantly replies that she likes money and is a collector....

Tangfastic Anyone? When it comes to the combination of witty dialogue and appropriate musical choices, few shows come close to that unique style Killing Eve pulls off so well. After the cliffhanger ending at the end of the last season, it was always going to be inevitable that Killing Eve would return for a third season, especially given how popular the show has been over the years. While the series (and this subsequent opening episode) are not without its problems, there’s enough here to get invested in the plot that’s being built so far....

The Ranch Episode 8 of L.U.C.A.: The Beginning begins with Goo-Reum and Ji-O making it to the Ranch. While they recover and begin farming, we cut forward in time by 3 months. Yi-Son blindsides the former researcher at Human Tech, Kim. He takes him out into the fields, injecting the man with something and leaving a suicide note in his jacket. Phoning through to his contact, Yi-Son lets them know. News of this spreads as Goo-Reum listens to the radio and realizes that this news report could link to her....

Chiang-Han and Sue both find themselves at the library but Sue is nervous, erratic and struggles to compose herself around her crush. Slowly but surely the pair grow closer together, which makes the revelation last episode hit all the harder. We then jump forward to one month before the incident on September 8th....

Also known as (the far less catchy) Going to You at a Speed of 493 km, this K-drama depicts the passion and affection for badminton from the eyes of a male and female protagonist, who work on a mixed doubles team. First up is Park Tae-Joon (Chae Jong-Hyeop) who ended up part of badminton thanks to his parents’ badminton equipment business....

Love Mechanics Episode 7 Love Mechanics is the latest weekend Thai BL drama, featuring plenty of drama and romance to boot. The story here centers on two characters, Vee and Mark. The official synopsis reads: “When a junior woos Vee’s friend, Vee, swearing to love only one in life, has to cut ties with Mark. But God plays a joke on them and something happened between Vee and Mark. Mark chooses to tuck away and draws an end to it....

K-Drama With Flaws Out of all the dramas I’m watching every week, Love With Flaws is the one I don’t really look forward to anymore. The early season comedy seems to have almost completely dissipated and the attempts to try and rekindle that same vibe feels ill-placed and awkward. It doesn’t help either that there’s several subplots at work here that feel completely half-baked and the entire project feels like four different k-dramas wrapped up together in one tangled, tonally confusing mess....
